Our Story
We opened our doors in 2006 as Queensland's first CrossFit affiliate — before it was mainstream, before it was a movement. For over two decades we've helped thousands of everyday people build strength, stamina, and confidence that carries into every corner of life.

If you've never done CrossFit before, start here. We guide you through the process so you can build confidence, learn the movements safely, and step into classes feeling ready.

Work with a coach to build the key movement patterns before joining the main classes. It is the easiest way to feel safe, supported, and clear on what to do.
Beginner-friendly coaching
Step into regular sessions with a plan, familiar faces, and coaches who already know your starting point. From there, we keep helping you progress week by week.
Move into ongoing classes
Your first intro session is completely free.
No experience needed. Just show up.

Yes. CrossFit is accessible to all fitness levels because every movement can be scaled back to suit the person in front of us. Our youngest members start from age five, and our oldest members are over eighty.
Absolutely. We work from the foundation that intensity is relative to the individual. You do not need to keep up with the fittest person in the room. You only need to keep up with yourself.
That depends on the program you choose, how often you want to train, and what goals you are working toward. The best place to start is a No-Sweat Intro, where we can talk through what will suit you best.
We sit down and talk through your goals, previous fitness experience, what you want from training, where you want to be in the future, and any details that help us recommend the most suitable starting point.
Yes, if you are new to CrossFit. Foundations allows us to safely guide you through the most important movements so you can step into group classes with confidence.
Yes. CrossFit is scalable, which means we can adapt movements to suit your ability and limitations. We also offer Vitality for older members. If you have an injury, it is always best to follow advice from your physio or doctor.
Kids can start from age five. Moving into teens classes usually happens around eleven or twelve, depending on the child, their ability, and what is going to be the best fit for them.
Yes, we would love to see you in the gym. You can book a casual session, a one-week drop-in, or a multi-session pass on our Drop-In page.
