0-10 Min
Raise your temperature, move through ranges of motion, and prepare the body for the day.

Learn, practise, and build the movements that make the workout safer and more effective.
30-55 Min
Train with intensity that is appropriate for you, with options scaled to your current ability.

Cool down, clean up, celebrate the work, and know exactly what you achieved.

CrossFit Training FAQ
No. The workouts are scaled to meet your current level. Your job is to start where you are, not where someone else is.
The gold standard is four to five sessions per week, but many people see great results from three consistent sessions.
Activewear, athletic shoes, a water bottle, and a small towel. Keep it simple.
Often, yes. We can substitute movements to help you train around limitations, but you should follow advice from your physio or doctor.
